The Rest of the Trip

Our last photo gallery is online: http://iluvpics.smugmug.com/gallery/994908
We went to Bellows Air Force Station and stayed in a "cabin" on the beach. It rained, but we all swam anyway. We stayed there two nights... on th second evening we decided to go to Outback for dinner. The food was ok, but he service was horrible. We probably had the worst waiter in the world. Eddie... you know who you are...

On Thursday we enjoyed a very nice Thanksgiving Dinner that Stephanie prepared. On Friday, we took it easy and went back to the beach on base for a little while. We then went to dinner at Buca di Beppo's Italian restaurant. The food was awesome, great service, incredible atmosphere! There is one in Gaithersburg... so, I'm sure that we will go there again!

Friday Night... Waikiki

We went to Waikiki... Got see some very interesting sites including the building where Magnum PI worked or lived. We went to the Hale Koa military hotel bar out back. We got to see fire works and put our feet in the water. We then walked along the back sides of hotels. We went to the Hilton Hawaiin Gardens where we saw Pink Flamingos, some other bird and Pengquins.. and a Black Swan! We had fun just roaming around the grounds of the hotels.

Brett wanted to go roller blading on Saturday, so we went down to Mail Rd and here he is. We went to Cardinal Drive and then turned around. He wore the roller blades all the way down our driveway then down the gravel road to the black top then all the way back. Next time we will ride the four wheeler to the black top. Posted by Picasa

Guitar Lessons

Last night Brett and I went for our first guitar lesson. We went to Coffee Music in Westminster. Our teacher is Al Parsons. He is really nice. He taught us the components of the guitar. The names of the strings... AEDGBE! Then he taught us three chords Am, Em & Dm. Brett and I both picked this all up very quickly. Al was very impressed with Brett. Al said that Brett is a natural. He did awesome and I think he had fun, too! So we will be going every Thursday at 6:30.
