Basement Bathroom

Much progress has happened in the bathroom.  Over Thanskgiving Charlie and Christopher hung all of the drywall in the room.

So, recently Charlie has taped, mudded and is getting ready to sand.  Which means we need to make decisions on the wall color, so we headed off to Home Depot for some paint.

I wanted something different from every other room in the house.  Something a little bold, but not over the top.  I wanted orange... or some variation of orange anyway.

What I finally picked was the Behr Ground Nutmeg in Satin.  I think it will per perfect.  The door and trim will be white and the hardware is brushed chrome.

I'm really excited to see how this looks on the walls!!!  Finally, I have orange in my house, or nutmeg rather.   We might paint as early as tomorrow if Charlie is happy w/how his mud has turned out. 

First Snow of the Season

The snow began this morning with just some light flurries.  This afternoon we now have the big fluffy flakes that are made for fun!!!!

Christmas Tree

Hey all!!! I wen to New York City on December 3rd to see the Radio City Music Hall's Christmas Spectacular. ..... and ... it was Spectacular. It was a lot of fun. I only had my cell phone to take pics, but I got this one of the Christmas Tree at Rockefeller Center. The tree was gorgeous!
